Access Wizard reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the software or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

Free Version

The Free Version of Access Wizard is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may create up to 5 forms per computer installation. You may not use the Free Version for business purposes, commercial applications, or client work.

Pro Version

The Pro Version license grants you the right to use Access Wizard for both personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Creating unlimited forms and databases
• Using the software in business operations
• Creating databases for clients (as a service provider)
• Distributing databases created with Access Wizard to end users

Each Pro license is valid for one computer. You may not share, transfer, or resell your license key.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Access Wizard software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or licensing information
• Distribute, sell, or lease the Access Wizard software to third parties
• Use the software to create competing database generation tools
• Share your Pro license key with others
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent the license validation system

You retain full ownership of all databases, forms, reports, and other content created using Access Wizard. Once generated, these files are yours to use, modify, distribute, or commercialize as you see fit. Access Wizard claims no ownership rights to your generated content.

Access Wizard software and website are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated databases

We make no representations about the suitability of this software for any purpose. You use Access Wizard at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Access Wizard and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the software
• Errors or omissions in generated databases

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license ($39).

Pro Version users receive lifetime updates at no additional cost. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new features. Updates are optional but recommended.

Technical support is provided via email at info@onlinesav.com. We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Pro users receive priority support.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Access Wizard and delete all copies of the software. Databases you created before termination remain your property.

Access Wizard may include or rely on third-party software components and services. These components are subject to their own licenses and terms of use. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of Access Wizard shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Your use of Access Wizard and our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
