Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the database(s) for your personal or commercial purposes. You may:

• Use the database on multiple computers you own or control
• Modify the database for your own use
• Use the database in your business operations
• Create backups for personal use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the database files with others
• Claim the database as your own creation
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Use the database for illegal purposes
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the database structure for competitive purposes

Catalog Databases: Instant download via link after PayPal payment confirmation. Download link expires after 7 days.

Custom Databases: Delivered via email within 24 hours after payment confirmation and form submission. Payment must be completed before work begins.

Catalog Databases: Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, catalog database purchases are final and non-refundable.

Custom Databases: Full refund available if we cannot deliver a working database that meets your stated requirements within 7 days of payment. Refund requests must be submitted via our support form.

Our databases require Microsoft Access or the free Microsoft Access Runtime to function. Compatible with:

• Windows 10 or 11
• Microsoft Access 2016, 2019, 2021, or 365
• Microsoft Access Runtime (free download)

Not compatible with Mac OS. We do not provide technical support for operating system or Microsoft Access installation issues.

Databases are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that databases will meet your specific needs or be error-free. You use databases at your own risk. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from database use.

We provide limited email support for database functionality issues. Support includes:

• Clarification on database features and usage
• Bug fixes for clear functional errors
• Custom database revisions within 7 days (if requirements weren't met)

Support does NOT include: custom modifications, data entry, training, or extensive customization beyond original scope.

All databases, website content, and associated materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Access Wizard Databases retains ownership of all intellectual property rights. Your license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

In no event shall Access Wizard Databases be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of databases. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the database.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
